Can I use the Cingular mobile broadband card for everyday web browsing?

If so, can I use it at my house? Or do I have to be in a "hot-spot"?
The Cingular Edge card can be used in most places (Home, on the Road, etc) but if you streme or download alot, then it can Violate the TOS of their Data plan

You can use it for everyday browsing even though it is slow at times. Hot-Spot are referred to when using the Wi-Fi. Disable the wi-fi during normal use.
