I’ve covered the Outcast Ultimate Wireless Speaker before and have been using it ever since. I love it more the more I use it. It’s weather resistant and fireproof. They released it’s little brother, the Outcast Jr. It has a 6.5″ down firing woofer and four 3″ high frequency drivers in an omnidirectional array. If you have two Jr.’s, one can receive only the right channel and the other can receive only the left. You can plug the AudioCast Transmitter into your home theater or your laptop. It’s versatile because of the magnet and form factor, which I love. One of my favorite gadgets that has made being outside, or on a plane, or in the car easier when you loose power in your MacBook or iPhone is the HyperMac External Battery. They have four options, from 60 Watt Hour to 222 Watt Hour, providing between 11.8 to 52.2 additional hours. If you haven’t seen the IT Crowd, buy the DVDs! It’s worth it. They once did a great episode about “The Internet”. When I saw the Verizon MiFi, I immediately thought of this episode. The MiFi is a tiny router that lets you easily share Internet access with your friends or family. I think I’ll be giving up my Sprint Mobile Broadband Card for the MiFi. This video talks about an application Nokia wants developers from across the globe to create for 2009 Calling All Innovators contest. Currently, this application is still in the development phase for making it Nokia N-Series compliant.

Once the application is available, any environment conscious mobile user can use it to reduce their carbon footprint. This way they can contribute in saving the world from global warming.

Uk network 3 has some serious issues that I think are widespread and they cannot give customers the service they claim to provide.
I have mobile broadband dongle 15gb with them and it is a disgusting service,and has been since I first got it,you cannot stream or play an thing on youtube and after doing a speed test the results were laughable, There must be others this is happening with and they need to be reported seriously to a outside body they are just con people and they deserve to go bust,it makes me so angry that they can get away with this. Any info would be good and advice on what can be done.

Of course you can’t stream video on a mobile link.

This is intended for people catching up on emails - not watching films.

If so, can I use it at my house? Or do I have to be in a "hot-spot"?

The Cingular Edge card can be used in most places (Home, on the Road, etc) but if you streme or download alot, then it can Violate the TOS of their Data plan
